osaka in 45 minutes

We left Tokushima and took a bus/train to Osaka on our way back to Tokyo. It was a big travel day. We had only one hour in Osaka before our train left to Tokyo, so we grabbed a taxi to show the kids Dotonbori street. It is a fun, huge street with restaurants, shops and amazing signs. Our taxi driver waited for 45 minutes and then we jumped back in to go to the train station.

The famous crab sign.

Our little sumo wrestlers.

All along the street they have these huge, funny signs outside of the buildings.  Here is a giant hand holding some sushi.

The famous Glico man.

The running man.

One of the many karaoke buildings around Japan.

A guy holding fried foods that looked like corn dogs.

A huge cow outside of a steak restaurant.

We stopped and got ice cream at a vendor who did all these tricks with the cones before handing it to you.  The boys loved that.

It was a whirlwind, and then we were on our way to Tokyo.
